- Services: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Resources: Payment for resources is due at the time of purchase.
- Accepted Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and Wise
- Insurance and Billing We do not bill insurance companies. All services are self-pay.
- Refund Policy All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of defects in digital products.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Services: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
- Events: See specific event cancellation policies.
- Late Payments Late payments may incur a $25 late fee. Services may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
